Conference Moments 2010 - Scenes and Tales from the2010 TSA National Conference

At the General Sessions of the Conference, the TSA conducted business, elected officers and recognized outstanding members and students at the state and local level.  


There were quite a few Virginians, including many high school and middle school students from across Fairfax County.  I was struck by the camaraderie among the Virginia TSA members who have become active at the regional and statewide level.  I found several that I knew posing for a picture with colleagues from around the Commonwealth.  

These Virginia TSA students hail from Fairfax Co. (Oakton HS, Franklin MS), the Richmond area and from as far as Abingdon in Southwest Virginia.

VA Northern Region President Angela Roller (Oakton HS) 
took home two trophies herself from the National Conference.  
A few years back, Ms. Roller was a Franklin MS TSA member
and she worked with Frost TSA members on a joint project 
for that year's state TSA conference.
